Requirements:
• Certified ITIL practitioner (Service Transition)
• Knowledge of policy and procedures governing operations and support of NATO CIS

Activities:
• Supports IT Change Management activities in accordance with Agency processes and procedures in order to delivery and support
• IT services for designated Agency customers;
• Reviews and validates inbound change requests, categorises changes according to approved criteria, authorises or escalates changes as prescribed
• Liaises with change initiators; coordinates with other CSU elements to assess effort and resources
• Prepares and presents changes to the local Change Advisory Board (CAB); supports the work of the CAB technically and administratively.
• Reviews pending changes for exception management, engages change stakeholders for re-allocation of priority and other corrective measures, performs post-implementation reviews and change closure
• Tracks and reports IT Change Management KPIs
• Prepares standard change processing templates, processes and instructions
